Celeste is an UTAU managed by SicklySiren.

Celeste is an alien from a planet that was destroyed by asteroids 10 billion years before Earth's formation.

She has the ability to materialize stars below her feet which she uses to levitate or "fly" around, an ability which she uniquely possesses from her own race.

Celeste lives on Earth's satellite and occasionally naps on stars and clouds when the opportunity arises.

She enjoys flying down to Earth from time to time to see how human life is developing from when she first arrived.

She is very shy, yet tends to speak and carry herself in a "proper" way. This is represented in her singing voice.
